Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in the execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO). Brainstorming creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by using various graphic designing tools like Adobe Creator, Canva, etc.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis by using different tools. Setting KPIs and determining ‘difference maker’ in the market.
- Collaborate on brand awareness strategies and event planning. Also participate in campaigns, promotional events, etc. Be an ambassador for the platform and network with customers.
- Analyze campaign performance using Microsoft tools. Gap and feedback generation on the expectations set up vs actual performance.
Requirements:
- Passion for marketing and community engagement. Desire to be a part of a greater cause and revolutionize the ride-sharing market.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of social media management and digital marketing tools. Ability to analyze, assess and generate logical reasoning with the methods.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or similar tools (Highly Preferred)
