Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Bubble App Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our web and mobile applicatons on the Bubble.io platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing startup that is leveraging technology to redefine mobility in underserved regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development – Design, develop, and maintain Pocketride’s mobile app using Bubble.io with a focus on scalability and user-friendliness.
- Feature Integration – Implement custom workflows, APIs, and third-party plugins like Stripe and Google Maps to enhance functionality.
- Collaboration – Work closely with product, design, and development teams to gather requirements and improve user experience.
- UI/UX Optimization – Provide input on interface design and ensure a seamless experience for users and drivers.
- Performance & Maintenance – Optimize app speed, scalability, and reliability while identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Documentation & Testing – Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure app quality.
Requirements:
- Bubble.io Development – Proven experience in building web and mobile applications using Bubble.io.
- API & Database Management – Proficiency in custom workflows, API integrations, and database handling on Bubble.io.
- UI/UX Understanding – Strong knowledge of design principles and user-friendly application design.
- Problem-Solving – Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and implement efficient solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication – Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus Skills – Familiarity with ride-hailing/logistics platforms, mobile optimization, and basic AI/ML integration is a plus.
