Position Overview
As a Creative Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing & Growth, Growth Team, Product & Tech Team, HR Team, and Founder’s Office to design and produce high-quality creative assets. You will be responsible for creating visuals that elevate the Pocketride brand across campaigns, digital channels, print, and product experiences.
This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing startup while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and cross-functional creative production.
Primary Responsibilities
Branding & Creative Production
● Produce consistent and high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, ads, and print materials
● Maintain Pocketride’s brand identity across all departments
● Create templates, icon sets, and scalable design system
Marketing Creatives
● Social media posts, reels, and animations
● Posters, flyers, and event materials
● Campaign assets (GoLocal, RideSafe, Driver Acquisition)
● YouTube thumbnails & banners
Growth Support
● Creatives for WhatsApp campaigns and local partnership collateral
● Driver onboarding visuals and community engagement graphics
Product & Tech Collaboration
● Simple UI/UX assets, banners, and app illustrations
● Product explainers and feature announcement graphics
● In-app or website visuals aligned with branding
HR & Employer Branding
● Internal hiring posters, LinkedIn templates, and onboarding visuals
Founder’s Office & Admin Support
● Pitch deck and investor one-pager designs
● Grant submission graphics and business partnership proposal decks
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
● Collaborate across teams with structured creative workflows
● Manage deadlines efficiently with fast turnarounds
● Maintain a well-organized library of brand assets
● Deliver creatives aligned with marketing strategy, brand messaging, and growth goals
Preferred Qualifications
● Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of brand consistency
● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
● Excellent attention to detail, typography, and design aesthetics
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership
● Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
● Basic UI/UX knowledge and familiarity with motion graphics / 2D animation
● Video editing experience is a plus
● Prior exposure to growth or marketing teams is beneficial
