Position Overview
As a Compliance Coordinator at Pocketride, you will ensure that the company operates in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will support the development of compliance systems, contribute to risk assessments, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the safeguarding of Pocketride’s operations while enabling sustainable growth.
Primary Responsibilities
● Monitor regulatory and legal requirements related to transportation, employment, and data privacy.
● Assist in developing and maintaining compliance checklists, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
● Support organizational risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
● Maintain compliance documentation and prepare reports for leadership and audits.
● Coordinate compliance-related training and awareness initiatives across departments.
● Assist in safeguarding Pocketride’s intellectual property and maintaining related documentation.
● Collaborate with HR, Tech, and Product teams to embed compliance practices within daily operations.
● Support driver onboarding and ensure Transportation Network Company (TNC) compliance requirements are met.
● Conduct internal quality assurance reviews and recommend process improvements.
● Promote a culture of integrity, safety, and accountability throughout the organization.
